About Us

Izak Bester is an ordained minister and the President and Founder of Eagle Christian Ministries Int (ECMI). Prior to God’s call to establish ECMI, he ministered extensively in the church body as an associate pastor of a 13,000 member church, a full-time evangelist, a missionary, and a Bible College lecturer. He has been in ministry for more than 35 years.

During 1997, God called Izak to serve Him in the Office of Prophet. Although he initially resisted, Izak eventually submitted his life to this new calling. The Lord then guided him through an intense 5-year period of “desert training” to equip him as His prophet to the people and not of the people. ECMI was founded in 1998.

It is because of Izak’s love for the Lord, which flows through and out of him in every meeting, and his willingness to speak clearly and boldly the messages God gives him, that those who attend his meetings often have divine encounters with the Lord Jesus. Prophetic words he has had for individuals, churches, and the nation have proven over time to be extraordinarily true and accurate, and he has repeatedly been called a true prophet of God and a harbinger.

Izak is married to Michele, who is a dynamic prayer warrior, an accomplished speaker, a National Board-certified health and wellness coach, a Master Certified health coach, and a Certified Biblical health coach. She is a ball of energy and also has her own ministry, “Through Him Health & Wellness” (See link above). She conducts personal biblical health coaching and conferences, and we often have combined presentations.

Together we have a lot of fun, a lot of study, a lot of good healthy food, a lot of surfing (time allows), and…a lot of love to share with all people; be as young as 100, old as 1, rich or poor, up or down, or anywhere in-between!
